She joined Network18 in the year 1992, and was the Features Editor of CNN-IBN, Network18’s channel. In 1995 she moved to drama and television, where she directed documented drama series. She went on to become the Head of Programming at Network18. In 2011 she launched History TV18 and created many shows for Network18. Together with her husband, Raghav Bahl, she co-founded Quintillion Media Private Limited that owns the digital news outlet, The Quint. Kapur has a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi and has a Master’s in Mass Communication from Jamia University.
